NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY A HOME

As everyone knows by now the real estate market has been in the doldrums.  The key question, economists, real estate professionals, and potential homebuyer are asking is: when is the market going to bottom, or are we there yet? 

This post-boom market that we are in is an excellent time to take advantage of buying a home for a primary or secondary residence that you can live in and hold for a long time.  There is MUCH MORE SELECTION now, people are more FLEXIBLE ON PRICE, and INTEREST RATES are still relatively low from a historical point of view.  WE ARE TRULY IN A BUYERS MARKET.

These potential buyers really should have been more nervous when all of the media was reporting how the real estate market was booming and when is it going to end, etc.   So the obvious question is would you rather purchase a home when values are inflated and the media is reporting positively about the market, or when values have come down substantially and the media is reporting how terrible it is, and savings with “ FLORIDA HOMESTEAD TAX EXEMPTION”

BOTTOM LINE “NOW IS” a great time to buy, but it is important to go back to real estate basics which include the following.
